Scientific Knowledge Mapping and Thematic Evolution for Tire Wear Particles

In recent years, with the continuous increase of car ownership per capita, tire wear particles (TWPs) from road have been widely detected in various environmental media, and their behavior influence attracted wide attention. Using Web Science Core Collection (WOSCC) as a literature search platform, we mapped research progress TWPs publication trends, international cooperation, journal distribution, interdisciplinary areas, themes scientific knowledge mapping methods. Publications TWP field shown an year by year, great contributions researchers USA Europe, but efforts Chinese cannot be ignored. Total Environment was most active this field, 54 relevant articles published. The area multidisciplinary nature, focus on Environmental Science, Atmospheric Meteorology Engineering. topics were mainly composed three thematic groups: suspended particulate matter, air pollution sources, microplastics environment, hotspots shifted matter to over time. Future needs origin, properties, transport dispersion water, atmosphere, soil environments analyze impacts ecological risks.
